Saturday and Sunday - December 3rd and 4th

On Saturday, we had breakfast with Santa at church. The kids ate pancakes and made a craft, well Allison did, the rest of us watched her. It was so cute to see Avery meet Santa. Last year she cried and we almost didn't get a picture, but this year, instead of paying a bunch of money and we love our new church, we decide to save a little and take our own at church. Avery got real shy but was really intrigued by Santa. She went right up to Santa and put her head down on his chest, so sweet.

After we got done taking Santa pictures, we went and ate lunch at Clearsprings restaurant. We had never eaten there, but Christy kept recommending it and we finally went. They have a playground and it is very "kid friendly". We have found several restaurant here with playgrounds, major plus for us when we eat with the kids. Avery sits and colors and Allison and Alex go play, everyone is happy. We have our favorite restaurants here and added Clearsprings to the list.

After lunch we came home and started putting the new floor down in the office. It took us all afternoon Saturday and a couple of hours on Sunday. It was definitely challenging but it turned out really nice. It is dark but it's beautiful. We will be moving the furniture in the office Monday night and I hope to start organizing it, we are using furniture from Bill's old office and other furniture we've collected over the years. Hope it looks good once we finish it.
